CONTEXT
The position of “Sales supervisor” has been created to strengthen the Vietnam Business Unit, and help it grow faster and stronger, and take it to the next level.
We are looking for a talented & entrepreneurial leader, with a deep understanding of the Sales process and excellent analysis and management skills.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You will support the General Manager of Vietnam to scale Sales & Social Impact.
Your role will be to support and execute our Sales Plan for Vietnam to ensure an “impactful growth”, so that we reach as many vulnerable people as possible. This channel is key for OWE as it enables us to reach 2 key objectives:
- It is one of our main pillars to accelerate our targeting towards households.
- Engage better our water retailers in our social mission
As for now, this we have created a network of 250 water retailers and we need to enhance the communication, the market share and the partnerships and the networks overall:
- Business point of view
Accelerate the on-boarding of new customers in our current markets
Grow in our current portfolio and go beyond the targets
Visit our customers and insure the best after sales services and identify our weaknesses of today to build our strength of tomorrow.
Make sure that our materials are installed near the jugs and follow up the projects implementation between the marketing team and the sales team together with our social impact manager.
- Management of the team
Evaluate our team with our GM after 3 months from your arrival
Analyse our main KPIs and identify our delay to implement corrective actions with GM : transformation rate, number of visits, agenda of the team according to the targets we have set etc...
Prepare our sales meeting and support the GM on the 121 meeting with the team to follow up the execution on the field
Train and animate the team with the support of our marketing department.
Follow-up the Social Impact measurement for most of the clients, with our Social Impact Manager.
- Benchmark of the market
Identify the strength of OWE and propose a plan of development.
Observe the market trends, price of competition, marketing tools, practise in order to keep informed the management team.

PROFILE:
- 1 to 3 years experience as a Sales supervisor or similar position, experience in FMCG sector would be a plus.
- Bachelor but preferably master in Economic, Marketing or business administration in or similar relevant field from a ranking university or demonstrated and significant experience.
- Capacity to work in an international context, and with a variety of stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills and Proactive attitude to suggest improvements and new ideas.
- Operational, pragmatic, and hands-on mindset, not afraid by field action.
- Result oriented and perfect execution would be our main objectives.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
- Team player, Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong interest in sustainable development and social impact topics.
Position details
- Location: Ho Chi Minh City
- Reporting: hierarchical to the GM
- Duration: Probation of 2 months before a long term contract.
- Start date: ASAP
- Remuneration: basic salary 10 mill + transportation allowance 2 mil + variable with KPI’s to be discussed.
Organization : Our strategy is to have 1 Area sales manager with 2 sales supervisors and build the sales representative as soon as the core business is growing.
