CONTEXT

The position of “Sales supervisor” has been created to strengthen the Vietnam Business Unit, and help it grow faster and stronger, and take it to the next level.

We are looking for a talented & entrepreneurial leader, with a deep understanding of the Sales process and excellent analysis and management skills.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You will support the General Manager of Vietnam to scale Sales & Social Impact.

Your role will be to support and execute our Sales Plan for Vietnam to ensure an “impactful growth”, so that we reach as many vulnerable people as possible. This channel is key for OWE as it enables us to reach 2 key objectives:

  • It is one of our main pillars to accelerate our targeting towards households.
  • Engage better our water retailers in our social mission

As for now, this we have created a network of 250 water retailers and we need to enhance the communication, the market share and the partnerships and the networks overall:

  1. Business point of view 

Accelerate the on-boarding of new customers in our current markets

Grow in our current portfolio and go beyond the targets

Visit our customers and insure the best after sales services and identify our weaknesses of today to build our strength of tomorrow.

Make sure that our materials are installed near the jugs and follow up the projects implementation between the marketing team and the sales team together with our social impact manager.

  1. Management of the team 

Evaluate our team with our GM after 3 months from your arrival

Analyse our main KPIs and identify our delay to implement corrective actions with GM : transformation rate, number of visits, agenda of the team according to the targets we have set etc...

Prepare our sales meeting and support the GM on the 121 meeting with the team to follow up the execution on the field

Train and animate the team with the support of our marketing department.

Follow-up the Social Impact measurement for most of the clients, with our Social Impact Manager.

  1. Benchmark of the market

Identify the strength of OWE and propose a plan of development.

Observe the market trends, price of competition, marketing tools, practise in order to keep informed the management team.

PROFILE:

  • 1 to 3 years experience as a Sales supervisor or similar position, experience in FMCG sector would be a plus.
  • Bachelor but preferably master in Economic, Marketing or business administration in or similar relevant field from a ranking university or demonstrated and significant experience.
  • Capacity to work in an international context, and with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills and Proactive attitude to suggest improvements and new ideas.
  • Operational, pragmatic, and hands-on mindset, not afraid by field action.

The position of “ Junior Sales & Marketing” has been created to strengthen this specific Business Unit that aims to serve the vulnerable consumers to have access to safe drinking water.

We are looking for a young entrepreneurial talent, with a deep understanding of Sales & Marketing and excellent management skills, to take this brand to the next level.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You will support the Sales & Marketing Manager of Vietnam on their daily role, and more specifically on the Sales, Marketing and Social Impact. 

Your role will be to support him in defining and implementing with excellence the Marketing & Sales Plan for Vietnam to ensure an “impactful growth”, so that we reach as many vulnerable people as possible. 

Marketing 

Develop Brand Awareness to reach vulnerable populations.

Implement online strategy to push brand awareness:

  • Recommend a targeted communication Digital to boost awareness to vulnerable people
  • Implement Social Media strategy and plan on FB and Zalo, develop engaging contents to target vulnerable audiences (FB groups, etc…)

Implement off-line strategy: 

  • Define clear vulnerable populations to target through key partnerships
  • Conduct targeted offline communication with right partners to boost awareness to vulnerable populations (waste pickers, street vendors, Grab Drivers, workers unions, etc…)

Implement Social projects to even more vulnerable people

  • Poor List program
  • HCMC Culture Department program
  • Water in School program

Strategy (Optional)

  • Understand usage of vulnerable targets, & analyze competition and market trends spending extensive time on the field with our resellers and end-consumers to understand their profiles, daily lives, pain points and aspirations.
  • Contribute to build a relevant strategy to grow business and impact and participate to the construction of the Sales and Marketing plan with the Managing Team for 2025-2026
  • Monitor our actions (implement and follow relevant ROI and KPIs)

PROFILE:

  • Bachelor or undergraduate student preferably in Marketing, Digital technologies, or business administration in or similar relevant field from a ranking university.
  • Proactive and problem-solving skills attitude to suggest improvements and new ideas
  • Understand marketing success is linked to excellent execution: operational, pragmatic, and hands-on mindset

We are looking for a talented & entrepreneurial leader, with a deep understanding of the Sales process and excellent management skills.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You will support the General Manager of Vietnam and the Sales Director on our mission to scale Sales & Social Impact.
Your role will be to execute our excellent Sales Plan to promote Our sales in Vietnam through our BTB channel (10% Our sales today). Currently, we have a network of 60 companies and we need to continue to scale aggressively Foreign companies or international schools.

1. Business Acceleration

Current customers:

  • Growing existing customers in the HCM region: increasing market share and achieving sales targets. In charge of program "Water to Workers"
  • Make sure the Plan is implemented properly (posters, water dispensers with logos following the budget allocated...)
    Create orders: resolve Customer complaints (most of the time in english and french), handle logistics tasks, track quantities and inventory.
  • Better attract customers to become OWE Ambassadors
    - Host gathering events to better engage customers as partners
    - Better engage our water retailers in our social mission and understand how they can help target vulnerable households.

New customers and development:

  • We need to look for foreign companies / clients (preferably French companies) or international schools. We must multiply 20 times the number of BTB customers by 2024 by mainly networking activities and sales force
  • Attract new customers in your area by approaching each company to ensure we cover every region comprehensively

2. Organize and manage work

  • Communication & relationships: reporting information in Odoo, building good relationships Internal & external to maximize business opportunities
  • People Development & Process Management: Employee Training & Coaching, Management
  • Business Processes & Weekly Planning.
  • Build and challenge Team monthly goals by exceeding in your channel
  • Analysis of our key KPIs: number of visits, conversion rate, potential business per client, work program according to our goals set, etc.
  • Track Social Impact measurement for most clients with Social Impact

3. Benchmark of the market

PROFILE:

  • 3-4 years experience as B to B or similar position, experienced in the drinking water industry or NGO (with a good networks of industrial areas in HCMC)
  • College, Bachelor with Economic major, Marketing or business administration in or similar relevant field from a ranking university or demonstrated and significant experience.
  • Capacity to work in an international context, and with a variety of stakeholders (board member level)
  • Strong leadership skills and Proactive attitude to suggest improvements and new ideas.
  • Operational, pragmatic, and hands-on mindset, not afraid by field action.
  • Result oriented and perfect execution would be our main objectives.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player, Great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong interest in sustainable development and social impact topics.
  • Good communication skills to present and pitch our projects to a public
  • Languages: English and French required
