GENERAL MISSION
  • Manage and supervise all activities of 3 companies (OWS “service”, OWH “holdings” and OWO). (NB: OWS and OWH are small companies with few activities) accounting system compliant with policies and regulations of VN Law.
  • Facilitate best collaboration between Departments within the Company for high efficiency.
  • Member of our local Executive committee, you will be leading your department (including HR, Admin, Accounting and sales admin ~ 4 staffs fully committed, brillants and eager to take challenges) as well as becoming a pillar of the company !
RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for planning, organizing and directing all aspects of the accounting department including controls and reports, budgets and forecasts, payments

  1. Managing accounting activities of the system (Approximately 30% of daily work schedule)
  • Responsible for daily financial and accounting operations, register transactions in software in following Vietnam Accounting Stander and regulations via accounting software (Fast and Odoo, Misa)
  • Build up a management system of accounting activities for the entire system.
  • Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations
  • Review sales/purchase contract & approve payment vouchers & journal entries
  • Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for develop period
  • Controlling inventory data

2. Taxation and reporting (Approximately 20% of daily work schedule)

  • Prepare yearly, quarterly tax report (including PIT, CIT, VAT, FCT) as per regulation of tax authorities fully
  • Maintain contact with tax authority and explain tax reports tax report, prepare statistic reports
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements including income statement, balance sheet, cash flow and cost analysis report
  • Prepare internal reports, perform costs and revenues analysis
  • Performing monthly P& L report for internal purpose via Odoo data
  • Loan report quarterly

3. Cost Control (Approximately 10% of daily work schedule)

  • Work with the respective departments on cost reduction initiatives : overtime arbitration etc…
  • Review sales/purchase contract to offer comments, feedback and control payment conditions and other payment terms relevant to service contracts with providers, service agreements with contractors, consultants, ensuring to implement under tax regulations, financial regulations by the Company and other regulations.

4. Cash control (Approximately 10% of daily work schedule)

  • Controlling cash, sales data in accounting software
  • Follow the trade receivables to ensure the customers pay on time
  • Checking and issuing VAT invoice for customer

5. Human resources Management (Approximately 10% of daily work schedule)

  • Compliance labor/ insurance/ PIT laws
  • Payroll
  • Prepare labor contract and insurance registration for staffs
  • Recruitment plan and action + HR meeting with the team Managing all internal regulations and operation process

6. Other topic for Admin (Approximately 15% of daily work schedule)

  • Sales contract follow up and Deactivation follow up
  • Debt management status with clients
  • Support Sales Adm to manage database of sales and contract follow up

7. Stakeholders’ management and Working with different partners (Approximately 5% of daily work schedule)

  • Work with auditors to issue audited financial statements.
  • Insurance/ labor authority
PROFILE
  • Degree in Accounting and Finance with certification and finance management or similar fields
  • Honest, willing to learn new things and attention to details
  • Able to work independently, self-motivated, possess analytical skills and ability to adapt to change. Versatile, flexible to adapt in a SME structure and build-up the bigger structure
  • Excellent understanding of English (verbal and writing) is a must
  • At least 3 years of experience in accounting/finance

The position of "B to B Sales" has been created to strengthen the Vietnam Business Unit, and help it grow faster and stronger, and take it to the next level.
We are looking for a talented & entrepreneurial leader, with a deep understanding of the Sales process and excellent management skills.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You will support the General Manager of Vietnam and the Sales Director on our mission to scale Sales & Social Impact.
Your role will be to execute our excellent Sales Plan to promote Our sales in Vietnam through our BTB channel (10% Our sales today). Currently, we have a network of 60 companies and we need to continue to scale aggressively Foreign companies or international schools.

1. Business Acceleration

Current customers:

  • Growing existing customers in the HCM region: increasing market share and achieving sales targets. In charge of program "Water to Workers"
  • Make sure the Plan is implemented properly (posters, water dispensers with logos following the budget allocated...)
    Create orders: resolve Customer complaints (most of the time in english and french), handle logistics tasks, track quantities and inventory.
  • Better attract customers to become OWE Ambassadors
    - Host gathering events to better engage customers as partners
    - Better engage our water retailers in our social mission and understand how they can help target vulnerable households.

New customers and development:

  • We need to look for foreign companies / clients (preferably French companies) or international schools. We must multiply 20 times the number of BTB customers by 2024 by mainly networking activities and sales force
  • Attract new customers in your area by approaching each company to ensure we cover every region comprehensively

2. Organize and manage work

  • Communication & relationships: reporting information in Odoo, building good relationships Internal & external to maximize business opportunities
  • People Development & Process Management: Employee Training & Coaching, Management
  • Business Processes & Weekly Planning.
  • Build and challenge Team monthly goals by exceeding in your channel
  • Analysis of our key KPIs: number of visits, conversion rate, potential business per client, work program according to our goals set, etc.
  • Track Social Impact measurement for most clients with Social Impact

3. Benchmark of the market

  • Observe the market trends, price of competition, marketing tools, practise in order to keep informed the management team.
  • Identify the strength of OWE and propose a plan of development.
  • Any other ideas!

PROFILE:

  • 3-4 years experience as B to B or similar position, experienced in the drinking water industry or NGO (with a good networks of industrial areas in HCMC)
  • College, Bachelor with Economic major, Marketing or business administration in or similar relevant field from a ranking university or demonstrated and significant experience.
  • Capacity to work in an international context, and with a variety of stakeholders (board member level)
  • Strong leadership skills and Proactive attitude to suggest improvements and new ideas.
  • Operational, pragmatic, and hands-on mindset, not afraid by field action.
  • Result oriented and perfect execution would be our main objectives.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

l support the General Manager of Vietnam to scale Sales & Social Impact.  

Your role will be to support and execute our Sales Plan for Vietnam to ensure an “impactful growth”, so that we reach as many vulnerable people as possible. This channel is key for Owe as it enables us  to reach 2 key objectives:

  • It is one of our main pillars to accelerate our targeting towards households.
  • Engage better our water retailers in our social mission

As for now, we have created a network of 300 water retailers and we need to enhance the communication, the market share and the partnerships and the networks overall:

  1. Business point of view
  • Accelerate the on-boarding of new customers in our current markets
  • Report clearly the situation during your weekly sales meetingand present your plan of the current / next weeks. 
  • Visit our customers and insure the best after sales services and identify our weaknesses of today to build our strength of tomorrow
  • Make sure that our materials are installed near the jugs and follow up the projects implementation between the marketing team and the sales team together with our social impact manager.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You will support the GM Vietnam on his daily role, and more specifically on the B to B Sales part. Your missions :

  • Boost B-to-B sales: Boost the share of B-to-B in OWe's portfolio by recruiting new customers and contributing the 10% B2B target volume in 2024

- Attend relevant networking events, pitch the enterprise, cold prospection on LinkedIn/ emails, leverage partners and collaborators’ network
- Portfolio management (pricing, margin)

  • Support and follow current B-to-B partnerships

- Follow-up with the projects and their next steps, attend/ organize meetings with clients, contribute to our partners’ updates newsletter and LinkedIn

  • Support sales strategies

- Competition benchmark, field study, help establish or adapt the commercial policy

  • Awareness sessions:

- Help arrange awareness sessions with key partners in order to present the risk of an unsafe drinking options on people’s life quality

THIS INTERNSHIP IS FOR YOU IF !

  • You have a higher education degree in a relevant field (communication, digital, business, economics, political science…)
  • You are autonomous, proactive, and organized
  • You have a good command of written and spoken english. Knowledge of vietnamese or french can be an asset too
  • You have a good command of the office pack and other relevant softwares (e.g. Canva)
  • You are motivated by OWe’s social purpose
